I had a connection issue and was supported by Don but I fat fingered the text and lost him. I went back in again and they rerouted ne back to Don. He was awesome. In 3 minutes he had me up and going. Awesome support team there.

Surfshark has shown me that a VPN can be more than security but is equipped with an all-hands-on-deck support team that services with speed, life, and know-how, not forced to battle with a bot. I'm in year 3 now and will surely re-up my sub.

I hated to spend time solving a problem, but the rep, Ryan, actually was patient enough to read my venting about a problem (I couldn't solve on my own) and the solution he found for me. I've become frustrated with the software for a while, but I'm still here and using it. I wish there was an easy way for the software sellers to improve how every specific problem is solved, but that's the price you pay when paying low/sale price packages (I can't complain on that!).
