I had a problem using AirDrop when i used the VPN. I contacted the Support and got to know Hans who instantly helped me and got it working! He is a very friendly person! Thanks again Hans :)

I had a connection issue and was supported by Don but I fat fingered the text and lost him. I went back in again and they rerouted ne back to Don. He was awesome. In 3 minutes he had me up and going. Awesome support team there.
