Excellent customer service of Bobby
I originally wanted a refund because I couldn't watch the movies I wanted on the streaming platform. However, Bobby was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. He provided me with multiple methods to try, and despite my initial indifference, he was very proactive in finding alternative solutions. He truly is an exceptional employee.

Guided Online Help with Patience
With assistance of online 'Chat' facility I was able to retrieve critical information enabling verification of account details. Of greater note the individual on the other end of the wire exhibited incredible patience as I retrieved online data in response to questions. VPN Connection Error
I had an error with my VPN connection because I'm using the Chrome extension, and I immediately contacted chat support. Craig was very helpful and provided links for references. My issue was resolved immediately. Thanks Surfshark for the great service! :)
