I contacted SurfShark customer support…
I contacted SurfShark customer support to discuss a breach they detected by another website. Ele, agent I intereacted with, was quite helpful and understanding. Ela provided me with some tips on how I can protect my information moving forward. Afterwards, Ela assisted me in making some account changes to further secure my personal info in my SurfShark account. Couldn't Ask for better Customer Service.
One Word.....NICO!!! Nico was very patient with me and so helpful in many ways. I came to customer service annoyed and aggravated with an issue I was having, Nico was wonderful with everything. Nico is definitely an asset to your company and wish them all the best.

Surfshark on Raspberry Pi
Was having trouble setting up Surfshark on my Raspberry Pi, due to my ISP's router configuration. Peter helped me out until we got it working. Very helpful support, would recommend.

Carl was awesome!
Carl was awesome! I was trying to see if the 3 year plan was still available after my subscription renewed for 1 year. He graciously offered me a 12 month extension. I highly recommend Surfshark and Carl!
