Upload speed was very low
Aina took care of my case and fixed it within minutes just proposing changing a couple of settings on my router. I’m extremely happy with the time it took to have my issue solved.

Making Customer service great again!
Kaya is the undefeated champ of patience and customer service, i never felt rushed and made me feel like I belong. It's challenging to come across Reps like that. I hope she does get a promotion and a raise for the value she brought to my assistance and hopefully the company gives her the exact same values!

Very nice support. Quick and responsive The VPN service itself is very good and the internet speed is almost not impacted. I’ve been using it with for 2 years without issues With the current 2 years offer, it is worth the price

I have been using Surfshark for over a year and it never let me down. Best ping, most reliable connection in comparison to other VPNs. Until few days ago when I started to have some issues. I had quite a long chat with Magnus regarding my issue with Surfshark not connecting properly from UAE.
