My problem was fixed faster than I thought it would
I had a typo in my email when making it and thought I was going to be stuck with the typo forever and won't be able to get emails, but thanks to the lovely Angelica Hawkins, the problem was resolved within 2 hours! I thought I would have needed to wait at least 24 hours for a silly mistake but the customer service here was top notch. Thanks, Angelica!

Surfshark customer support was…excellent!
Surfshark customer support was fantastic! The representative (Noah Davis) patiently worked with me through my technical difficulties, suggested many options, and eventually helped me solve my VPN issue on my phone. Now I can stream on the app I was trying to watch with no issues! Thank you Noah!

had a strange problem accessing amazon.co.uk. Earnest from SurfShark support took me through various things to try and fix it with great patience. Got it working at last. A good user experience.

Awesome support experience with Surfshark
I was facing trouble with Surfshark after I reverted back from Windows 11 to Windows 10. Georgia was super helpful and guided me through the steps to fix things up and get back on track

Assisstance Help ))
I really liked the assistance from the live Agent called Ike Hazen. He made a good case for telling me why I should use my trial days and why I should give it a chance. Other than that, Surfshark is a really great VPN App to bypass alot of stuff ))

'Dislike' to Surfshark, but 'Like' to Mr. Davis
I was really unhappy that Surfshark did not work when I was triying to do the main job I wanted to do with VPN. So I contacted Customer service. and Thankfully, Mr. Noah Davis helped me fast and Could feel good again. Appreciated for his help.
