VPN configuration on windows
Mary was so patient and had the patience to deal with so many different questions that i asked. When i refused to do a DNS config change, she had other options lined up which suited best to me. You need to have such knowledgeable people, today i would have ended up cancelling, it it was not Mary on the other end.

My one device stopped logging in.
I was having a log in issue that required me to edit my IP address at the advisement of both Barrett and Christopher. Once they got to the source of my issue and helped me fix it, all was good. They were patient and allowed time for me to describe all I was experiencing step by step and got the service up and running. Big thanks.
