Smart, warm and comfortable
Xavier is smart and willing to help. With limited info, she/he found the solution very quickly. The way she/he treated you made you feel so comfortable and so warm, not just trying to get rid of you. Meanwhile she/he introduced and prompted Surfshark's new features to me, which I was glad to know. Surfshark is so lucky to hire her/him in the team!

Surfshark has a fast and really great service. All employees are very friendly, extremely competent and try to provide the user with the best possible experience. I would recommend anyone here who needs a VPN to try Surfshark.
