Ryan was very attentive and stayed on with me throughout the entire troubleshooting process to resolve a persisting DNS leak issue, and through multiple interruptions, disconnects, etc. He was super professional and polite, besides being very knowledgeable. But most of all, he exemplified customer service at its very best. I'm most pleased with my experience this session.

HELP FOR ONCE I'm Dyslexic and a Disabled person don't be put off for once they are there to help
I'm a Disabled person and I have dyslexia as well and Surfshark customer support agent Violet real changed my normal experience as more often than not texting with support agents I'm very slow and it takes me sometime to reply to there information and to put it into affect to resolve the problem and I get that they have only ex amount of time really a lotted per person Violet was easy to understand and gave me the time I needed as well I'd not be worried to ask for help again 100% A top ...

I have used Surfshark before but had to cancel when Covid hit and I was short of money. Now I am in a better financial position I decided to use them again while also supporting Jake Broe. Jake does regular updates on Youtube to support the Ukrainian war with Russia, so by supporting Jake by using Surfshark I am also supporting Ukraine.
