Extremely helpful 24/7 support, I spoke with someone called Michelle and she seems to know everything! She absolutely resolved all my VPN and all other related issues!!!

Stable and affordable VPN
Very great, stable, and affordable VPN. Not only that, customer service is always very helpful and friendly, they have solved every problem I have experienced, so they truly know their VPN and their other products. This is definitely a 5 star service worth keeping.

I had trouble with pop-up alerts and…
I had trouble with pop-up alerts and found I couldn't use it with my work setup. So I had to cancel service within the first 30 days, but it was easy. Very good customer service.

Shorted Live, But Getting it Back Soon
I canceled my subscription early, but not because it sucked. I enjoyed the service I had and it was pretty good. My only issue was my laptop not being able to download the app due to it being so old, and the prices being pricy. But I definitely want to get it back someday, when I got enough money and a new computer. Would definitely recommend, and thank you to Camila for helping me out, she was great ^^

Great Product, even better support
great product, works perfectly fine and I like the UX/UI the support is even better, I wrote them in the evening and got an answer within seconds. First from a bot, then I chatted with a Gallagher, a team member. He solved my issue within minutes I really like that they support dedicated IP Adresses now as well!
