I was having issues w/ using the VPN
I was having issues with getting my VPN to work on my phone.... Sadly, we were not able to make it work. But the person, Hans, was absolutely incredible, he walked me through every step.. (several several steps and attempts lol)... But alas, my lack of tech knowledge was the downfall in my use of surfshark. But Hans was so patient and so kind and understanding. Xavier spent 3 hours to help me, step by step!
Perhaps the best CS agent I have ever come across in my entire life. Xavier spent 3 hours in chat to help me with vpn connection issues for surfshark's ip addresses are malfunctioning and helped me connect to the one that is left alive, without having to connect to a random broken one. Helped alleviate my pain with the vpn. During my purchase I made a serious mistake by misspelling my email address. Customer service representative Alvin paitiently helped me out on that matter, so I could get started using my new VPN-service. Patient and efficient
Patient, polite, effective and helpful. Overall great experience. Although I can't always say the same about the actual connection. The service is quite good. Great job training your staff Surfshark, they do very well.
