Give Aina give a raise
Although I had a lot of troubles Aina was so sweet to me to help me generously however long it took. I asked her to change my email account the account that I made for the VPN and also I asked for how to change my password and she helped me that,also. If I were the supervisor or the manager of her, I would give her a raise. Perfect.

Jessica was able to quickly deactivate my 2FA that was not working correctly and allowed me to reset the email it directed to and gave me back access to the account.
