It was a great vpn
It was a great vpn, they had all the features you would want. I found a discount code which made it pretty cheap. I did get a refund because I had no use for the VPN, but they had a 30-day refund policy so I thought I might aswell test it. When I was ready to get the refund I couldn’t figure out how to do it so I contacted customer support and I talked to Todd. He was very helpful and nice, and he helped me get my refund. If I do need a VPN sometime I’ll definitely use Surfshark.

I spent a long time looking at vpn options and was thrilled to see surfshark secure and so affordable. I got in a glitch early and couldn't connect with the secure VPN. I am not as savvy as I thought and was ready to get a refund for 3 years and forget it all. I got on a chat with IVY. She was magnificent in patience, endurance, professionalism, and knowledge. Ace at Surfshark.com was immensly helpful. Within a few minutes I could login into my account again. Had a problem with 2FA. But Ace solved it without waiting a day. That`s how it should work when u have problems with your account. Ace is the best!!!!! Great, Ace!!!!!!
