site access denied on VPN
Excellent service! I could not access a cloud based accounting website. I worked through the chat options which did not resolve the issue and was then connected to rep Gavin Gibbs who was fantastic. He took the time to work through several options until the issue was resolved. He told me to reach out anytime as they are there to help 24/7. It was really nice to feel the company genuinely appreciates their customers! Superb!

Couldnt connect to Amazon.com or any subpages in that domain
Couldnt connect to Amazon.com on either Edge or Chrome on Win 11 using the desktop version of Surfshark. Tried multiple protocols and VPN servers, no change. Turned off rotating IP too. Via Chat, Emma Hanssen had me try the following steps: • Type `chrome://flags (chrome://flags/)` in Chrome search bar • Search flags for `TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support` • Make sure to DISABLE it • Relaunch Chrome browser and the affected websites should be working fine The setting was set to default. ...
