Great customer service, notably that of Phoebe and Gallagher, today.

Not very happy concerning the direction this company is moving in. But aside from that, the two customer service people who had assisted me were top-notch. There is where the true strength of the Surfshark experience lies.

I used to love using Surfshark

I used to love using Surfshark. It was great to use different VPNs and watch things I liked and great value for specific shows you may have had to use a different streaming service for. I recently had financial issues and forgot I was emailed about auto renewal. I messaged about needing a refund and the process was super easy and they approved a refund within half an hour. I really respect how they could have trapped me in to paying but instead it was simple and easy to cut out of my ...
