service itself stopped working after a…
service itself stopped working after a week. but the live chat support named 'Tommy' was FANTASTIC in trying his best to resolve issue. He couldn't fix the problem but that is not his fault. he is not the developers who actually made the 'not so great VPN' service. but the support line is VERY important in this kind of business and Tommy was excellent in every way.

I am trying Surfshark only few days so far, but it seems to be super ! The customer's service helped (or answered) everything (Henry was on duty on my today's chat). This is how a customer's service should work ! Thank you.
