Excellent live agent (Jolene)
Once the chat bot decided it couldn't understand my question, it immediately allowed me to connect with a live agent. The agent Jolene was patient and helpful. It appears my problem is resolved - at least for now. It was a very good chat experience.

service itself stopped working after a…
service itself stopped working after a week. but the live chat support named 'Tommy' was FANTASTIC in trying his best to resolve issue. He couldn't fix the problem but that is not his fault. he is not the developers who actually made the 'not so great VPN' service. but the support line is VERY important in this kind of business and Tommy was excellent in every way.
