Very patient and professional
Every time when I have issues, I chat to the agent online. Today I talked to Ryan. I used smartphone to take photo or screen shot to show them the issues. They can help me to solve the problem every time. It really takes time to solve the problem but they really patient. Very appreciate.

Not for me, but great customer service
Ultimately, Surfshark wasn't a great fit for me - but I wanted to rate 5 stars for the great service their agent Cora gave me in issuing my refund. Helpful, wanting to resolving my issues, and making the process simple for me and useful for their team.
