Fixed problem quickly and knowledgeably
I was surprised and very pleased that a double subscription problem was cleared up very quickly by John. Within a minute he was able to explain the problem was with Apple Store on one subscription while the second subscription I went to the website. He fixed everything and I'm very happy.
