John's bulbous brain saved the day!
Had problems with my dedicated VPN - kept getting CAPTCHA on several sites! Started a web chat and got through to John Duncan... he got me to check my connection which came back saying I was connected to random IP addresses in random locations across all my devices (even though I was supposedly connected to my dedicated VPN on all of them). John admitted he was baffled as he had never seen this before! But he persevered and managed to resolve the issue rather quickly! Great knowledge and ...

Had problems with my dedicated VPN - kept getting CAPTCHA on several sites! Started a web chat and got through to John Duncan... he got me to check my connection which came back saying I was connected to random IP addresses in random locations across all my devices (even though I was supposedly connected to my dedicated VPN on all of them). Super fast and super helpful
I am a new customer of Surfshark and I had a few questions regarding the configuration and setup of their product. The agent was very helpful and provided quick and easy-to-follow instructions. I was able to get their service up and running on my router in no time at all! Speedtest looks great with minimal latency impact, much of which is expected from any VPN.

I asked for cancel account and got full…
I asked for cancel account and got full refund . Actually at first it is not work at all. I spend about 10 minutes, but just repeat question repeat answer only. I didn’t got any help. But Mia Hernández is listen carefully to my problem and give me a solution. It is very helpful!
