Great Customer Service
I made an error with my Surfshark account and purchased something I hadn't meant to purchase. My mistake. I reached out to Customer Service via the Chat feature and "chatted" with Todd. He did a great job of helping me work through the issue and was able to resolve the mistaken purchase for me. Thank You Todd & Surfshark
