Customer Service was Amazing
Customer Service was Amazing! Technician was educated and articulate. He saw the specific issue and showed me as well as explained to me what the issue was and it was just a visual glitch and not a functional one. I confirmed his statement was true as we looked at the information together. Very professional. Carl was excellent at customer service!
