Awesome, live customer service person named Ivy.
What made my experience terrific was the client rep, Ivy. I explained I was old and not tech savvy. She was professional, helpful and friendly. She solved the problem. I ran into another problem and I was lucky to get Ivy again! She solved that one, too! All of your customer service reps, should be like Ivy! Thank you...

Great experience and very helpful
Had a great experience with the live agent, Madeline, who was very helpful and prompt with answering all my queries. Was offered a better deal than the plan I was on and had no hesitation in switching to it.

Overlooked one thing as I could not use the antivirus. I had a chat with Winston as he helped me cancel the subscription. All went smooth and no dillydally around. Very kind /helpful person aswel would recommend 10/10

I had issues installing Surfshark and Violet helped me for at least 2 hours or more to try fix the problem and even helped make sure Surfshark was working correctly :)

Have been a customer of this service for a few years, have never had any problems with the service that hae been their fault. Also great customer service and quick to respond to issues if you go through the web chat!
