The most Patient Rep I've ever had
Per Surfshark customer service, I purchase a router to pair with my VPN. This was my first time with a 2nd router and I was very confused. Katie was extremely patient and polite. I have no idea how long the entire chat took because my connection dropped a few times, but it was a very long time. They had no issue waiting why I quadruple checked my IP every time we made a change. I really appreciate their dedication to helping me and providing good customer service! I have the 2FA enabled but lost access when I changed my iPhone. Go to LiveChat, and their staff Kayne was accommodating, and the issue was sorted quickly. Thank you again!
