Had a little Probleme with my Surfshark…
Had a little Probleme with my Surfshark subscription and then I got to ask someone from Customer Service called "Don" he has to be the nicest guy at Surfshark customer service. Awesome guy never experienced such kindness from Customer Service. Shoutout Don

Am definitely going to renew!
I was hesitant to renew my Surfshark prescription for another year, but I have since changed my mind. I am super happy with the service and all of the elements of protection that it provides. I am also so glad that I can now reach customer service via chat which makes it so much easier to resolve and issues I might be experiencing. I will let others know about the changes and how happy I am now with the service.

Chat bot quickly offered connection to a live agent and agent Peter connected within 30 seconds. Peter was knowledgeable and very thorough, checking my connection details while connected to Surfshark and while disconnected. Surfshark customer support is excellent and the the Surfeshark One service is both excellent and a great value.

Complicated Situation Solved Flawlessly
Despite my strange problem, Barret was able to guide me through the whole process and inform me of what all could be done. I recently realized that I had been charged for two VPN subscriptions- a one-year subscription and a two-year subscription. The problem with this was that I was only receiving one subscription when I had already paid for both and the date that I had purchased both the subscriptions was out of the refund time-frame.
