It was easy to cancel my subscription
It was easy to cancel my subscription. That matters a lot most service is easy to get on but tricky and time consuming to get off. I would tell people to try this service and let them know if they do not like it, it is easy to cancel. I will try your services again with a different email address in a few months.

Cody exceeded all my expectations…
Cody exceeded all my expectations because never have I come across a customer service rep who immediately understood my problem and resolved it instantly. That is unheard of and I seriously recommend you retain people of his caliber. I think he deserves a raise or should be targeted for promotion because people like that are a rarity and don't take the chance of losing him. He is a great asset to your company.

I couldn't uninstall an old Surfhark…
I couldn't uninstall an old Surfhark version on Windows C:Program.files (x86), which prevented new versions from being installed.
