Great help on my VPN issue.
Clelia was very clear, patient, and gave me the time I needed to experiment on finding where I needed to go on my settings. I am older and am not very conversant with Phone technology so I need extra help and time to understand what to do. She gave me what I needed at every step. She was great and complete in her help. I am very appreciative.
