Connection set up is not very easy
Connection set up is not very easy. Many (6?) not automated steps to do. I think it is totally not good doable for non experienced IT-savvy people. But it works. With NPO (Dutch TV) it turned out that first you have to connect without VPN and then with VPN. Otherwise the site "hangs". Easy to get in contact with customer service to resolve an issue. Klara was very helpful and quickly helped fix my issue. Its one of the fastest turn-around times I've ever had, in fact.
