Perfect interaction with Lynne
Lynne went above and beyond to help me. She directed me through various steps that unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue, and we had to use a temporary workaround in the end, but it did work. Her calm demeanour and clear explanations made the experience very streamlined and simple. I felt she was experienced and confident in her job which was reassuring for me. Thanks so much Lynne!

Great Technical Support
I had some technical issues, and I requested help from Surfshark technical support, Craig was the agent who helped me, and after a few questions he proposed me to do some modification in my settings, and that has fixed my issue. So very happy by the customer support there. Thank you Craig, I can again use my VPN on my computer.
