Amazing support
The product works great as a few others on the market, but the support I've received was amazing. Jacob Scott, the support engineer, made it great. He was so persistent in solving my problem, that I was surprised. After very precise questions and after a few options, we solved the problem I had with the connectivity.

Incredible helpful support
Incredible helpful support. Marcus Rodriguez helped me with a smaller issue, and answered all my more or less stupid questions!! :) He was brilliant! but.... the chat should be connected to my account since i'm logged in - i lost the chat when i accidentally refreshed the browser. Now I will evaluate all the functionality/services with my SurfShark ONE subscription!

Good experience deal with the customer service,good job Liam Wilson !
It was very satisfied experience when deal with my case of the cancelation of my purchese. Liam Wilson Is very professional and make it very quick and fast. I can't imagine how fast to solve my issue and i felt this is a responsible company because most of the company not provide fast-chat agent. I feel so good and thanks Liam Wilson for his/her problem solving skill i will definitely come back do my second purchase next time. This is very cozy experience

Great customer service
My account had auto-renewed although I had sent an email to question the price. I sent it to the wrong email address however, which was picked up by Winston. After a very smooth shift change the next customer service agent Elara was very understanding, and extended my subscription, which was very much appreciated. This is great customer service, and will most probably keep me a customer for longer! Thanks!
