Great Customer Service
Was unable to connect to vpn on my router. Contacted customer service and Frederick was able to help me get connected. Super helpful and patient while I performed all the updates.

Live support
I contacted them via live support with my issue where a part of the service is not working for me. To solve the problem, Craig responded within about 1 minute and we started to go around my special case. Although the problem could not (yet) be solved, he persistently helped to find a solution in many ways and offered to dig deeper into the case and answer by mail later. Overall, the while process was fast, helpful, flexible.
