Ryan was super kind and helpful. He made sure we explored other possible options before I made my final decision. I am yet awaiting the confirmation email (which I expect to receive within the next 12 hours) and my refund (expecting to receive it in the next 7-10 days) but am happy with Surshrak and Ryan's service so far. Will definitely come back if I require any services that Surfshark provides.
