Used the VPN for 2 years
Used the VPN for 2 years. Had some issues with VPN being detected, and sometimes with some updates the software would be buggy, but otherwise it's been working great! I spoke with Frederick in the live chat and he helped me get a refund after I forgot to turn off automatic billing. No issues. Was very friendly to speak with.

Friendly, helpful Live Agent
I spoke to a live agent named Carl about canceling my plan and getting a refund. Carl tried everything to help me solve my issues but unfortunately I was very persistent about canceling since I didn't need the service anymore. Carl processed my refund, explained everything clearly, and was extremely polite the whole time!

My location is being leaked
Todd helped me isolate a reoccurring problem I reported to surfshark several times before. My location is being leaked overnight while I assumed falsely assuring me my VPN is secure. It showed my WebRTC is leaking my location using a troubleshooting tool. Todd provided an answer to plugged it. Great job.
