I encountered issues with websites due to geolocation restrictions. Gallagher provided continuous support to address the problem. For over an hour, they assisted me directly through chat, without resorting to tickets or emails.

Great Costumer Experience
I had a great experience with costumer support for refunding the 30-day trial, however I believe this process could still be easier to achieve and done entirley by the user on its own. Todd was really nice and helpful and provided good resources to learn about Surfshark, and helped my request without delay. Good service.

I used the live chat to cancel a subscription. Unfortunately Surfshark is a great app but I do not have the time to use it the way I intended and I meant to cancel my annual subscription I purchased a year prior, but I did not realize I had set my subscription to an annual renewal.
