Fantastic and understanding customer service!
I used the live chat to cancel a subscription. Unfortunately Surfshark is a great app but I do not have the time to use it the way I intended and I meant to cancel my annual subscription I purchased a year prior, but I did not realize I had set my subscription to an annual renewal. I was charged for the renewal, but I just do not have the time for it right now and was hoping to get a refund.
