Nora took all the time in the world to help me navigate all the technical hurdles to get the VPN back in action. I can watch my Dutch news from my Doctors without Borders dutystation in Afghanistan!

Exactly what I needed from Customer Service
The CS agent (Magnus) knowing what I issue I am facing and giving me the right advice I really needed. I was attended by Magnus who is patient and helpful, got what I needed in very professional way, happy with the discount link (That's how you keep a royal customer) and If the customer service continues as is with high standards, I am sure to continue using Surfshark :)
