Excellent service and support
I am a user from China, my name is Michael. Today, I am unable to access VPN. In fact, I have been experiencing frequent difficulties accessing it for the past month. Thanks to the help and support of Romi, I was able to overcome this issue. I couldn't download the necessary files myself, but with her assistance, she sent me the WireGuard client program. Finally, I was able to connect to the VPN. I am grateful for the strong support team at Surfshark and thankful to Romi.
