I purchased SurfShark but decided that it was not for me..Nothing to do with any failing on the part of SurfShark, it was personal reasons. I contacted customer support vis live chat which was quick to be connected to an adviser. My adviser was Kayne. He handled my request in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
