I messed up signing up with my email
I messed up signing up with my email, I signed up under the wrong email. When I needed it, live chat helped connect me with Frederick who solved my issue within minutes. I am very grateful for surfshark and love the ease of use of it's service. I thought it was going to be a hassle but they proved otherwise.

Samson provided great customer service…
Samson provided great customer service whilst helping me access my account. Was thorough on making sure that I was who I said I was. Make sure you don't delete your receipts though as I don't think you'll get access to your account again without these!
