I purchased Surfshark, and forgot about it for an entire year. I was billed for an annual subscription the following year, however I couldn't recall any of the details of the purchase because it occurred a year prior. I started a chat with Norman Shelton and he was able to help me pinpoint the email I initially used, replace it with one I use more often, and remove the original one used from my account. Awesome communication, awesome assistance. Thanks Norman!
