Very very quick and efficient
Very very quick and efficient. Got issue sorted in under 1 minute. Something to do with auto renew and security. The support guy Sampson was on it in no time, great support.

Really good Customer Service! Best VPN for price! Easy to use on different devices :)
Really good Customer Service, IMHO the best VPN on the net at a fair price. I even got a discount for purchasing a second year, twas a considerable discount too! As for the VPN itself I use it on my MacBook and its great and super easy. I also use it on other devices include iPads and Firesticks. It is so easy to use. By the way I'm not a paid shill! Lol! :) No, it's just been really good for me and I have been using over a year now! Thank you guys @Surfshark for doing a good job! :)

I had a tricky problem …
I had a tricky problem that took a little back and forth but John, the live chat rep I talked to, was super friendly and patient. He clearly explained everything I needed to know and was quick to fix my issue on his end. I recommend him 10/10.
