Excellent service and customer support
Excellent service and customer support. I had an issue trying to log in using the Surfshark desktop app and Trina did a wonderful job helping me and solving the problem. After that, everything has been working perfectly. It is valuable and dedicated people like her that make a company great and special. Surfshark Help Chat experience
I've got a connection problem, because of my subscription. I've contact surfshark chat and after a couple of minutes i've got my problem solved. I want to reinforce the friendliness and speed of assistance that was given.

Maddie was very helpful
Maddie was very helpful! I was confused about an offer that would help me save $30. She helped clarify that, which I’m thankful for. I’ve been out of work with health issues for 2 months and need to save everywhere I can. I feel like a VPN is super important but I was wondering if I could afford it. Thanks to Maddie, I can continue being protected online.

Best customer service experience ever.
I was locked out of my account and not sure if would ever be able to regain access. I contacted customer service, and was put in touch with a person named Kurt. Not only was Kurt exceptionally pleasant, but guided me through everything to make gaining access to my account easy. He also made my decision to stay with Surfshark a very easy decision with a special offer. I wish every online customer service person I have to deal with was as amazing as Kurt.
