Ceel is the MVP! I had some issues regarding re-routing and couldn't access the websites I use my VPN for. They helped me out by getting to the root of the problem instantly and the connection was up and running in no time. Great experience.

Great customer service is always the best way to retain customers.
Provided me with great service for two years. I woke up to find that auto renewal was on and a payment had gone from my bank account. Their customer service chat was instant and a refund was issued by their rep Craig without any hassle at all ...plus I was offered a coupon for a good deal l when I can afford the subscription again. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with.

After making a mistake when signing up I had to contact customer service via live chat, Don from customer support joined the chat and within minutes resolved my issue, he was super friendly and professional 10/10 !!
