Excellent customer service
Well, what can I say, Stephen was an angel who came to my aid this evening. I needed help with my VPN, he stayed with me patiently throughout, and he never made me feel incompetent at any point. Great customer support, excellent value
Magnus made this experience absolutely stellar. He got straight to the point, made sure I didn't have to request a refund yet I've got what I asked for! I wasn't sure at first if I want to stick with Surfshark, but with this level of support, combined with the killer deal I've got there is no way anything will beat it on the market.
