Excellent service by Nils Bret
I reached out to Surfshark's customer service furious and intending to complain and cancel my subscription. I have to admit even though I assisted their troubleshooting effort as much as I could, I was quite difficult. The engineer I spoke with, Nils Bret, was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. The support I received was excellent and I will be staying on Surfshark because of it!

Persistent and Patient Customer Service A+++
I had a persistent problem with my Surfshark being able to access Hulu and I finally dealt with a live agent Norman Shelton at Surfshark, Norman was outstanding and incredibly patient and was persistent in solving my problem. In the end we did get it resolved so I’m very very happy, thank you Norman Shelton and Surfshark!!!
