Cancellation and refund help :)
Winston in customer support was very helpful and quick with responses. I’ve had to cancel my subscription but overall I’ve had a very positive experience with Surfshark. Highly recommend!

Ceel, is amazing, very knowledgeable and super nice. Best experience ever. Ceel was able to solved all my issues. I had multiple issues not able to access local internet without VPN, not able to access websites, not able to get the correct VPN location and VPN IP addressees and Ceel fixed all of them. Got disconnected from chat
Got disconnected from chat, when I reconnected I was quickly redirected to the same person, very impressive. My issue was getting my router to work with the VPN, all fixed thanks to Mary, Hadwin and finally Ceel who found the issue

Once again Leroy came through for me
Once again Leroy came through for me, I appreciated his patience and his understanding on my issue of my email account been compromised and gmail authenticator not working, I had no codes, but I did supply the correct information regarding their security questions so that they could look at my account. Support was there when you need'd it to be. I am very happy now and I am back on my Surf shark account and thanks to Leroy I will be renewing it when the time comes.
