Absolutely great customer service
Had an issue with email sending over VPN, entered the help chat, got connected to a guy named Ike who was patient, helpful, tried and explained everything so that even me being no native english speaker could easily understand and follow instructions and after some time resolved the problem. It's a long time since I experienced such great customer service!

Even the vpn services might not be the best, the customer support is still a S tier.
I was having some problem with the vpn, which the vpn didnt provide the services that i expected, it is unable to lower my in game ping. So i was trying to get a refund. Kanye is really helpful and patient, who gave me a lot of instructions and suggestions , even though the problem still remained unchanged but the whole refund experince is great. Love that dude.
