Not Connecting To Server
I was having difficulty connecting to a server with both my Windows laptop and my android phone. I went through the troubleshooting that I could without success. I was able to connect with Michelle of Surfshark support. She patiently guided me through collecting diagnostics and then quickly resolved the problem for me. Michelle provided quick, effective and professional support when needed.

Issues Resolved, Top Service
I had an issue with my 2FA and logging into my account, my own fault having lost my recovery codes. Sean helped me out on the online chat and within 10 minutes I was logged back in and up and running. Excellent service from Surfshark, and a top quality VPN.

After spending two straight days troubleshooting problems and getting absolutely nowhere 😔😩, I decided to hit the Surf Shark chat with us area of the website. At first I spoke to the AI assistant and did exactly as it told me to follow each step and each guide, but still getting nowhere 😒😤.
