SurfShark Customer Support Star
Today I accidentally deleted my 2FA token and was locked out of my VPN. Once I reached out to customer support at SurfShark, the agent Cora, was quick to offer assistance. I found her patient and professional and in a few minutes my challenge was resolved and I was on my happy way. When things go wrong, is when the level of service really makes a difference.
