Tommy was exceedingly patient with a 75 year old man (me) endeavoring to set up surf shark. We are on chat help for about an hour and he pulled me through the "Techie Knot Hole" with tremendous success. Tommy is a perfect example of a valued employee. I could not have completed this setup without his patient, supportive help.
